In his quest to create the perfect Irish whiskey glass, Simon’s signature Ascutney Collection has grown into a range of signature handmade barware.
We engineered this contemporary glass to be the ultimate shape for sweet, oaky bourbons. The hefty sham gives it substance while its narrowed shape offers the perfect proportions for retaining the nose of bourbon. Our signature hand-opened rounded rim gives a lovely feel to every sip – whether you take it neat or with a single rock.
